Select models of industrial actuators are available in 12VDC and 24VDC options. Certain stroke lengths of select industrial actuator models come with adjustable limit switches. Our industrial actuators offer models capable of 3000 lbs of dynamic and 3372 lbs of static force. The PA-10 waterproof electric linear actuator has a weather protection rating of IP68M and IP69K. Select models offer hall effect and potentiometer feedback for position control capabilities.

Our actuators can be seamless replacements for most applications, however, you should verify the necessary specifications for compatibility such as voltage rating, force rating, speed, ingress protection requirements, and stroke length. Not all of our control boxes are compatible with all of our linear actuators, but we have a large variety to choose from for each actuator. You can also use rocker switches as a form of motion control. You can use your own control box or power supply, but you need to ensure they can provide sufficient current draw and compatible voltage, or you risk damaging your actuator(s).

The PA-HD1 12V and 24V linear actuators offer high load capabilities and durable construction. The stainless steel shaft accompanied by metal gears allows it to push and pull up to 1574 lbs, and hold up to 2248 lbs. With an industrial design, the PA-HD1 high load linear actuators are popular in applications such as those found in manufacturing, machinery, agriculture, and industrial automation. They are dust and water-resistant with an IP65 protection rating for handling harsh environments, and also offer a mechanical slip clutch for overload protection. The PA-HD1 high load linear actuator uses a brushed DC motor with just a 2-wire operation for simple integration with controllers such as DPDT rocker switches that have a 20A current draw rating.
