Select models of standard actuators come with IP66 ingress protection to handle harsh outdoor use. Simple 2-wire operations for ease of integration are available in our range of standard actuators. Standard actuators offer balanced force and speed options in our range for application versatility. Select models include hall effect feedback for synchronization and position control capabilities. Select models offer 3-stage telescopic designs, compact in retracted length considering the stroke.

Our actuators can be seamless replacements for most applications, however, should verify the necessary specifications for compatibility such as voltage rating, force rating, speed, ingress protection requirements, and stroke length. We have a large variety of control boxes to choose from for each actuator. Alternatively, you may also use rocker switches as a form of motion control. You can use your own control box, but you need to ensure it can provide sufficient current draw and compatible voltage. You can also use your own power supply as a source for your actuators, but it is important to have sufficient voltage and current to be applied to your actuator.

Our 24 volt linear actuator with hall effect feedback and IP66 rating allows for synchronization, speed control and position control. It is designed to withstand complete dust ingress and protection against water exposure, making it an ideal solution for heavy-duty purposes in any industry. The actuator is equipped with a high-speed brushed DC motor, can operate in a wide temperature range (-26°C to +65°C), and has low noise levels (< 55 dBA). It also comes with mounting brackets (model BRK-02).
